Formulas for the calculation of the market price per share of a company?

I am trying to solve one question related with the calculation of the mkt price per share. The four methods asked are: balance sheet valuation, net realizable value, earnings basis, dividend valuation.





I have done some research to find the financial formulas but can t find a proper paper or source which gives me and explain the 4 above methods.





1. would it be possible to have some available information on this matter which I can search on internet?





2. Merge and aqquisitions: One campany makes a bid. Is there any possible indicators or financial racios which can measure the financial prudency of the bids from the point of view of the companies' shareholders?
