for a physics assignmnet we were asked to research new ways of telling/measuring time. it can be any methods that are brand new, or currently being developed. (like how scientists are developing ways to measure the half lives of isotopes, etc)
i have no idea where to find information on this, so any help/input would be great.
What are new technologies for measuring time?
The US Naval Observatory has rubidium fountain clocks. They are pretty new.
