In a research study, what method or tool will you used if you are to analyze the problems?
Some of the methods used in generic problem analysis consists of: mapping the current processes in comparison to the proposed ones, running a cause and effect analysis (this you have to be familiar with), an FMEA, risk analysis, then formulate your recommended solutions based on the outcome of the conducted analysis.
Reply:Survey the users and tabulate the results on a graph.
Reply:What sort of research? The normal ones is survey and if you are to analyze any problems the ideal one is fish bone diagram where you used the 3M and 1P (if I remember correctly) to solve the problem. The advantages of using fishbone diagram is that you can list down as many problems as possible and then identify the most common causes and recommend the action to be taken to solve the problem.
