How to make dishes interesting and unique?? Or how people make their dishes unique and interesting?
Rearrange the order when you plate you foods.
ex. put the sauce on the bottom instead of the top/cheesecakes or pastas...
do extra small or extra large,/ hamburgers or pancakes...
offer several sauces for an item/ steak, have a reg. steak sauce, them make a warm cheese sauce or a cranberry sauce...
try different plates or look around your house for different things to serve on.
Decorate your plate or the top of a dessert with edible flowers. Cook or garnish with fresh herbs intead of dried.
