Has there been any research done on the pros/cons of warning labels that indicate how to abuse a substance?

I was amazed to discover that Liquid Paper can be used to get high. The methods are listed in large print on the back of the package. Doesn't this seem to be very helpful to druggies? Or perhaps they know already? I'm curious about any studies that have researched this topic and what are the 2 or 3 primary arguments for and against.

All of those consumer product warning labels have everything to do with the company's liability against potential lawsuits and almost nothing to do with concern for the consumer. It also has to do with the government requiring them to stick that on there.
