I should think you could. An objective eval would use quantifiable values, like "what are the average grades given by the instructor of the class?" a question that has a definitive value: the average of all the grades assigned by the instructor. A subjective evaluation would use qualitative values like "what are the professor's strong and weak points in instructing the class?" a question that doesn't have a definite calculable value.
