Using a Postal Questionnairre as the research method - how do i write up the methodology is this classedas positivist quantative?.

I suggest you look up sociological/criminological theories or whatever you're studying and then work it out and compare them to your work.





Look up the the more classical theorists as they are more likely to use a positivist approach since that way is more of a science, studying the statistics and the data given to you, whereas the more recent theories are looking beyond that.





It depends on the questionnaire you're doing to, is it closed or open ended questiones? what you got to remember also is reliability and the validity of your questionnaires if you get them back.
