Help on ELECTROCULTURE research?

I've chosen electroculture as my research topic. Its the effect of electricity on the germination or growth of plants. Do you know any sources on how to conduct the method? Or any study of the same topic. Suggestions? Anything that can help?

Help on ELECTROCULTURE research?
Electro culture is the use of electricity of small power to improve plant germination, growth, and yield. It is a field not yet fully explored by scientists, although it is as old as the study of electricity itself. As long ago as 1775, a professor at the University of Turin (Italy) stated that nature makes extensive use of atmospheric electric power for promoting vegetation. What this professor got from his observations was that after every atmospheric electric charge, he had an increase in the plant productivity. This result can be consistent with what happens with nitrogen capturing by symbiotic leguminous plants during the electric atmospheric charges. The symbiotic activity reaches a maximum during this event. How could that occur? There may probably be sufficient nitrogen supplied by symbiotic bacteria living in the root zone, to the plant, which in turn allows the bacteria to feed on the carbon it supplies.
