Which is the best company to work for?

I want the opinion from real people, not from a magazine that says "this one" or "that one" based on phoney methods of research and ranking.

It doesn't matter if it is big, small, domestic, foreign, telecom, retail.

How happy have you been where you are and what are the things you think are the best? Include name and state, please.

Which is the best company to work for?
Without any doubt, the best company to work for is the one you started yourself, dedicated yourself to, persisted with through good times and bad, and grew into a self-perpetuating concern.

Go for it!
Reply:Good question and when you find a good answer let me know! I have tried office work retail work bar tender waitress and I still haven't found what I'm looking for! I did go to school but to become a cosmetologist that was fun but in the end not really for me! I'm still not happy with me job til this day, I'm under paid, and have a position that no one else wants I was told that I could move up fast when I was hired and every time I am I would be paid more and that hasn't happened! I work my butt off and I feel like I get no where, but at least I have respect for myself because I try!

Reply:One which you own. The boss is a slave driver, making you work long hours. The boss is a cheap skate, never paying you what you are worth. You never get any coffee breaks. You are always blamed for whatever goes wrong. But the rewards are tremendous. You own it, and can never be fired.
