I am analyzing a donor/sponsor database to identify trends on giving based on how many times they donated, how much, and the specific purpose of the donation. Which method of research am I conducting? Is it qualitative or quantitative or something else. Serious answers please. Thank you.

Qualitative would be their opinions of their experience.

Reply:that's quantitive.. your results will be numeric (ratios.. statistical percentages.. etc.)
Reply:If you're dealing with numbers, it's quanititative.
